It most likely won't until your uterus starts growing but I'd be really careful put a pillow over your belly when he's around just in case and when he gets on you just move him away from your stomach. Sit him beside you and once u do it for awhile he will get use to sitting beside you instead of climbing on you. If he understands you tell him a baby in there and explain he may hurt him or her. It'll take some time but he will learn

I keep trying to explain to my almost 2 yr old about this because it's really starting to hurt me. but I don't think it's hurting her sister. I just had an ultrasound last week and she was perfect so I guess it doesn't effect her.... but it will hurt you more then anything once you're further along. my daughter still doesn't understand. so I try to just move her when she's getting too aggressive or leaning too hard on my belly. but I have to start getting at her more when I change her diapers she hates it so kicks alot. I tap her ass right on her thighs for that because I feel like she could really hurt the baby doing that. but she still never remembers. I think she's just too young yet to get it :/
