Well our first night home was amazing. Having Hope home and sleeping was so much better and even with the little hours sleep I had, I feel so much more refreshed. Midwife seemed pleased with everything this morning. I'm also really pleased with myself, because after having to swap to bottle in the hospital (due to hopes blood sugars not rising on breast, but have realised it may have been because one breast doesn't seem to be leaking at all so she may not have been getting anything from that one.) I managed to express 30ml twice so far, and given her that along with a top up of formula. Hopefully soon it will be back to just breast milk. :D
