Time them. If they have a steady rhythm and if your that far I'd say every 8 to 10 minutes then go. I'm 45 minutes away from mine and they told me if they get to every 10 to come in. Sex gave me contractions and we thought my water broke because there was a bunch of blood. Better safe than sorry

I have back labor but it's almost like my hospital don't care anymore.

better be safe than sorry. I was 45 mins away with my first and made the trip several times before they admitted me. I was takin forver to dilate but contractions were literally off the charts....and I didn't wanna miss the time frame for the epidural. I had back labor

if that lasts over an hour you might need to go to L&D. sex sent me into labor with my first. ..
