Brought Talianna to the walk in clinic and doc says she has baby acne 😥.. also she has cradle cap. He told me both will clear up soon and to use the lotion CeraVe for her face and Nizoral for her scalp and eyebrows.. I bought the lotion but the shampoo I'm skeptical. will take her to family doc next week. pharmacist said don't use the shampoo either 🤔.

I applied coconut oil to the scalp and used a soft brush to loosen the dry skin. I then used baby shampoo from Arbonne to wash out the oil and clean the hair. It was cleared up in less than a week. For acne, I cleaned baby's face with a clean soft wet face cloth 3 times a day .. I didn't apply any lotions (they clogged the pores). That took maybe almost 2 weeks to clear up. I also didn't apply lotions to my chest and breasts as she would lay with me often. When she did, I would have fabric in between my skin and hers so sweat didn't effect her face either (she sweats when she eats and sleeps lol).

@tlistboom, going to try that 😉.. He suggested mineral oil or olive oil. I'm like nope not happening especially mineral oil 😕

@neikadre, I really didn't like this doc.. but the cream CeraVe that he suggested seems to have good reviews.. only time will tell. Think I wanna buy some Shea butter (pure) as well.

Same as what @tlistboom said :) Coconut oil or baby oil to soften it then a soft brush! Evelyn had some & it came out instantly when doing that.
