For any of you who are still pregnant I recommend getting your placenta encapsulated! It has helped me out so much! I'm so glad I did it. It has helped with my milk supply, my healing, and my energy levels. They've kept me going strong!! The best vitamin you can take 😉💊👶🏼

I would if I could take pills. I have a very weak stomach when it comes to pills and can't swallow them at all no matter their size.

I find that SO weird lol I'd never do that 😂 Although when my daughter was born I wanted to see what mine looked like but I didn't get to:/

@madismommy, lol yeah it's a natural thing it just sounds gross. The pills are tasteless. I didn't even get to see what mine looked like either but I did have the mirror present while I delivered my son...that was GNARLY! But I needed it for motivation while pushing lol once they brought the mirror my husband said I went beast mode and started pushing harder and longer. I still can't get that image of his crowning out of my head!! 😂

@madismommy, yeah it was a bit much but I needed it. I would've been pushing forever had I not asked them to bring in the mirror. I needed to see the progress I was making with each push and it worked! Lol but like I said now I can't get that image out of my head it was pretty crazy!!

@michelle2220, damn that's a lot more than me I think mine made 165. But man they've been helping me so much. Today I had so much energy I actually did some cleaning and wasn't completely exhausted afterwards it was pretty nice. I just feel so good and everyday gets better! Definitely whoever thought of this is a genius! Too bad so many women are grossed out by it, it's super beneficial for us! Totally worth it! So glad we were smart enough to make such a great decision!! 😁👍🏻🙌🏻

right. I mean I get yeah it's kinda weird yeah it can be gross but the benefit from it is way better and I could overlook it. I gag a little when I take them sometimes but my gosh so worth it. I haven't felt any postpartum depression which I was so afraid of. I don't pump very often but when I do I can get a decent amount of milk. my energy is so much better and I can handle things better. I take pride in knowing I'm weird and consume my own insides lmao my lady that did it for me she was so jealous how many mine made and it was the biggest one she had. no wonder I couldn't feel Avery as much as she actually moved bc it was really thick too. apparently I make awesome placentas lol

@michelle2220, yeah same here with all the benefits, it's been so great and I know it's all due to the pills. I'd rather be looked at weird for eating our own insides then not getting all the benefits we've been getting from our placentas! Lol!! When I pump I get so much milk. When we met with the lactation specialist she weighed him before I nursed him then I fed him and we weighed him again she was so surprised at how much he was getting in a sitting. It made me feel so good! That's crazy how many pills your placenta produced even I am jealous!! Lol! Such a good problem to have though. I consider us the lucky ones for taking this route. I will definitely do it again if I have another child. Hopefully more woman will start doing it too especially ones that have dealt with postpartum depression in the past. It's so worth it!!

may I ask what this is about ?

@sweetness208, it's about getting your placenta encapsulated into pill form, like a vitamin. A doula will come and pick it up after you've given birth then there is few different processes they do to encapsulate it. They usually dehydrate it and then blend it into powder and pack it into capsules. It helps with restoring energy, increasing milk supply, and postpartum depression.
