Doubled my Vitex dosage starting this week. Also switching to liquid. I heard this absorbs quicker and works better being more concentrated. I hope this helps bring my period.

My period was late 15 days. My doctor didn't want to give me anything. I have a juicer so I went to the internet for recipes. I juiced an organic sweet potato, organic carrots and a green apple. Two days later, bam!!

I have a juicer but it was my moms and I have no clue how to use it. Maybe I'll try figuring it out and make that. Did you drink it just once or daily? @nes17sah

I think vitex helped me out tremendously. Took it one month after miscarriage and Im 5 weeks pregnant

@deenloso, were you doing the capsule or liquid? And what dosage? I've been using it awhile with no affect. Now I'm doing 800 mg capsule form in the am and I've been having old blood shed this week so it seems to be doing a little something but no actual flow so not sure if I can consider this a period or not...
