I know how you feel Hun I had a c section 2 weeks ago, I think I can do things but then struggle in pain. Luckily I've got my partner to help. I just think I'm stubborn and think I can do things but obviously it's too soon. I hate asking for people's help @mummy2leo

I know what you you mean hun I wish I listened but I thought I knew my body better and I was so wrong, I'm dreading the recovery second time round but one thing I can say I'll rest and take any help offered, husband is gonna get 2 weeks paternity leave and I'll make sure I won't over do it, try to rest as much as you can now housework etc can wait, take a nap when baby is sleeping ask for painkillers and you should feel better soon xx

That's what the midwife has said to me @gabilicious if I don't stop I'm going to hurt myself. Aww I nearly did the same in hospital my Lil girl was sick I panicked n try to get straight to her I had a massive bleed n put myself in tears. I'm trying my hardest to rest but even in hospital I wanted to be up n wash they kept telling me to go slow n ring the bell when I needed to but I felt I needed to do it. defently should rest if you can I wish I had but trying my best to no b4 oh is bk at work xxx

Hope you feel better soon Hun, I ended up ripping my scar open at the hospital when my girl threw up al over her face and the midwife took too long to come, then I thought I felt fine same as you done things indoors and ended up with scar rapture, now almost a year and a half later it's still causing me pain especially during second pregnancy and they won't even let me try for natural birth because of it and other medical problems, it jut shows how important it is to listen to professional and rest xx
