It depends on if they have a fever I think my son had a total of 5 and my daughter had the same amount. They out grow them by the time they are 5 to 7 years old. I suggest watching them like a hawk when they are sick if they have a fever give them Tylenol and Motrin together right before you give them a bath. The bath should be Luke warm not cold that they are shivering but not to hot either and pour the water on their head like your washing their hair

I'm just curious because my daughter had her first one on Wednesday and another one yesterday. and I know the dr said it would happen again but should it have happened that quickly? I'm just scared. 😞
