How much do you ladies pay your baby sitters? We're hiring a baby sitter for the first time tomorrow and I don't know how much we should pay her for 2 kids. (2.5 and 2 months)

I'm really sick of having a hard time finding a job that'll hire me with my availability. Oh and forget about telling them I have kids then they never want to hire you. Pretty sure they don't want to hire me because of my age also. I've never had such a hard time finding a job until I had three kids

Is it reasonable to drop off your child at the sitter 6 hours before your shift starts, while you have nothing to do at home?

If you are pregnant during a job interview do you tell them you are pregnant right away or do you wait a little longer if you get hired to say something ?
