I know you don't have to have contractions to dialate but what's dialation pains feel like?? had a lot of pressure in my bits today, and my bits have been throbbing most of the day too

Could just be baby moving down :) I've not heard of dilation pains before....xx

I don't know the feeling as well so when I went for a sweep today my midwife told me I started to dilate but I don't have any pains at all. X

just confused as midwife said the way he is he'd probably be here by my next appointment in 2 weeks, normally I'd just plod on til labour lol xx
