I have diabetes outside of pregnancy too. I see a high risk specialist. I love him. The only good thing about it is all the ultrasounds you get.

I've been type 1 diabetic since I was 10 years old. It definitely makes you high risk. Call your OB and Endocrinologist and get in soon. I had my first appointment when I was six weeks pregnant and saw my doctors frequently.

are you absolutely sure? because normally they do if it's for a medical reason and not just because.

Yeah, it's medically necessary, for you and baby. What exactly won't they cover? You have rights to proper medical care @exoticyuri @ssdj4
