So I did cut and color my hair... I have to wait 8 more minutes before I can wash it out. I also got it thinned out (THANK GOODNESS) the pile of hair that got thinned was bigger then the pile of hair cut off.. after all of that the perm I got 5 months ago is FINALLY showing. 😡😡😡
