So, I just learned you can use a clove of garlic to cute a yeast infection. Very interesting

How?

poke a hole or two in a clove then insert into vagina. you can thread a string through it if you want do its like a tampon. it changes the pH of the vagina killing the yeast/fungus

it cures the actual yeast and the symptoms

can also drink 1 to 2 tablespoons vinegar in water 2 to 3x/ day

I tried this a few years ago and I'm super embarrassed to say it was not good. My vagina reeked like garlic for over a week and I was so embarrassed I didn't leave the house.. However, an apple cider vinegar soaked tampon helps. Doesn't cure it but it helps. Same with peroxide.

i dont mind garlic. i think it smells amazing. lol i would probably smell like a garlic bread. its better than itchy, etc
