My step mom wants to come out and "take care of me" after I give birth... I'm really hoping "take care of me" means that she's going to come and make sure the house stays clean and I stay fed and not "I'm going to give you unsolicited advice and make you feel like an inadequate mother and try to take over this baby for myself" because she's already started doing it 😅 I'll go insane.

@allyk.xmommy, I told her that my husband has 10 days off of work to stay home with me. She doesn't think that's long enough. Who knows, maybe she will be helpful. As long as she actually takes care of me and let's me take care of my baby. I think she has really bad baby fever 😅

@breezy1993, i hope she doesn't stay long 😬 I don't want to turn her down because I don't want me dad get upset with me. 20 years old, married, living on my own and I'm still worried about my father being upset with me. 🙄😂

Maybe see how it goes and if it's bad let your dad know ahead of her talking to him and you telling her it's not working out. It is your child and he should understand you want what's best. plus most men know two strong females in a house doesn't always work lol
