If you're only cooking for yourself I'd do stovetop. Either boil it or cook it in a pan with some water... that's what I do~ or I cut it into pieces and cook it in this garlic expressions dressing mmmmm
I'm going to throw them in my pot for my gumbo but I want to cook them a little not all the way through, how much time you think I should let them bake, 25 mins
if it's for gumbo and you want the stock from the chicken breast season it and add foil and a little water on top of the foil in a baking pan and put it in the oven for 15 minutes covered with foil at the top then remove after 15 minutes and bake for 10 mins .... it'll come out tender !
