woke up about an hour ago with really bad cramps & lower back pain. now I'm having really bad diarrhea (tmi sorry)

but lord I wonder if this means I'm close, ever since I left my doctor yesterday, I've felt something was off(baby is moving so he's okay), but something changed after he checked me. I just can't put my finger on it
