My fiance and I need advice on how to get pregnant. Any advice will help

I have a wife and had a friend for a donor. I used one of those period soft cups. he did his business in it I inserted it on my cervix put my legs up for 30 and kept the soft cup in for 9 hours. prego on the 1st try.

use the ovulation tracker apps.

the soft cup is normally a cup used during a period to collect blood. in baby making its used to put semen to insert up near the cervix so sperm have a longer time to swim up into you

i would track ovulation for 1 or 2 cycles to find out when your ovulation happens and how long your cycle is. you can of have sex in that time
