extreme vomiting for 16 weeks straight starting at 6 weeks with my first (girl) second time around I didn't have any sickness and I thought I wouldn't get it but when I was 17 weeks it hit hard. and I'm having another girl

I'm not sure if it's just the pregnancy or the preeclampsia again. I had severe vomiting the first time while I had preeclampsia.
