My 11months old have a hard time pooping I give her apple juice but she's still crying when she try to go

my baby pediatrician said prune juice, my baby 14mths now though

i got this product when a good mommy friend of mine said it was a miracle worker when her baby got constipated from switching to formula. i haven't used it on my own baby but i totally trust her recommendation, hence why i bought it to have on hand just in case we ever need it.
