if I haven't gotten my new id/ social & I go into labor, if I bring the marriage license will I be able to put Savannah Valdez instead of my dads last name on it? or will I have to use what's on my id? even if I tell them I haven't gotten my new one yet? & I have the marriage license

I got married on a Friday and was at social security that Monday and the MVA that Tuesday lol to make sure I can add my new last name

I was never asked to show ID or anything when I gave birth. But then again I've been married going on two years and had everything rushed right after I got married. I had my marriage license the same day I got married and I swiched my ID and social four days later.
