My bladder is out of control! I can't believe how many times a day I get up to use the restroom. Sometimes it's so embarrasing when I sneeze or cough slightly to hard, and I pee just a little bit, (if I'm lucky) other times I almost finish peeing in two sneezes. Has any mommy found ways to help with this problem?
