any mommas get a UTI after vaginal birth? I thought the pain I was feeling was normal healing pain, but it's totally different than it was the first week after delivery. my frequency or peeing is the same, but it hurts when I stop peeing and I hurt down there. (but not the same pain as before). I've been keeping the area clean with the spray bottle and baby wipes but it doesn't seem to be getting better
