How my partner is so calm with things I don't know, my baby is a hungry girl, she was eating an oz…

Aw no one can prepare you for the overwhelming emotions you feel the first few weeks with baby. They feed continously around the clock 24/7 it's exhausting! That's lovely you have a supportive partner helping you 😊👍 It does get easier don't worry!

My partner is so helpful he is just so calm, always telling me to chill out. I didn't think I would be so hormonal. I just worry if shes okay and we got special dr brown bottles to help with less burping and im still panicking about her winding and not burping lots. I feel like a right emotional wreck @sara-lou xx

I get it. Max had awful wind issues for issues the first few weeks. I'd never experienced colic before but I guessed it was that. Tried everything to try to help him & felt awful when he was unsettled. Your partners right though. When you feel yourself getting overwhelmed just take a breather, relax & start again. I had a few nights I got the hubby up to take over because I was struggling. I'd run off to the bathroom for a little cry then go back & take over again lol. Is she being sick at all or just struggling to bring wind up? Infacol helped my eldest but nothing seemed to help Max!

Shes fine tbh but im trying to avoid colic so thats why im panicking about her burps because sometimes she does nig burps and sometimes she don't burp at all, my partner is back at work Tuesday nervous about being here by myself, my hips are still sore sometimes my hip gives in. But im sure il be fine @sara-lou thank you for advice it's really appreciated xxx

@abbiegale Sometimes my girl burped...and then didn't burp at all...but would have hiccups instead (just wind releasing slowly) xx

Oh thats good to know she has hiccups quite often after feeds shes just had 3oz then an hour later another oz. think it was abit of a cluster feed. Got an timer on for one and a half hours, think there could be a growth spurt coming on @winterbaby95 xxx
