I make the most amazing stuffing. With olive ciabatta, manchego cheese, and chorizo. It's so good.

Yes But I'm throwing a gathering at my dad house this year , hubby gonna be at work so Ima make my house something and for the party , Mac n cheese , sweet potatoes with marshmallows, stuffing, and tuna Mac salad 😍😍 @firemanswife

Stuffing.

Brown sausage in butter 2cups onions, carrots, celery, garlic, shallot, oregano, thyme.

3 cups of chicken broth. Simmer

Beat 3 eggs fresh parsley

Cubed bread. Olive loaf or Rosemary ciabatta bread

Chopped chorizo

Mix all together. Baking dish top

With butter and cubed manchego . 375 30 min covered 30 min uncovered

The recipe is a little rough. I saw it on a cooking show and jotted it down quick. I keep it in my notes on my phone. I literally just copied and pasted it.

I'm more excited for the chicken and dressing and also making smothered turkey wings !! I cannot wait !! With an ice cold bottle of cider lol

I have gestational diabetes but I already told my OB that I am having a cheat meal lol I'm not skipping Thanksgiving
