how are you doing with the contractions are you tensing up? I went through 4 days of 3-5 minutes apart contractions with no change until I relaxed my body... I sat in the bathtub for 2 hours and made progress

Peanut ball? Hospitals and midwives use them to help ladies who are slow to dilate. They get pretty good reviews.

Friday night they kept me over night and gave me a demeral pain medication shot and hoped that would help me not tense up and it didn't @sparklymama and @skofcarolina I will look into to. thanks!

omg yes peanut ball. I used that and within minutes she was ready to come out. mind you I was already at an 8 and dilated pretty quickly after they broke my water but yes that ball helps

wow it may just be your process good luck and I used the peanut when I was at the hospital it did work

I'm going to try the long bath. I've done the baths before but I haven't sat in them longer than 30 or 45 mins bc I uncomfortable but I will try it longer. I'm willing to do anything at this point. @sparklymama

sit straight up and keep your feet together in a frog position, it worked for me at the hospital to dialate
