it will be like a swollen bump on your bum hole. it's actually, medically a "varicose vein of the anal opening". they can be a side effect of constipation because the strain on your opening can strain vessels. it could also be from the extra blood your body is trying to flow throughout your body in pregnancy in combination with the extra weight your lower half is supporting with a baby in there. I got one small one a week ago. preparation h cream works wonders. and I've heard witch hazel helps some people too but didn't do much for me. good luck! I know it's super uncomfortable.
