Have you guys tried the mothers milk tea if so does it actually work ?

I used it and it did nothing. I was drinking it like 5-6 cups of it a day, along with feungeek supplements and constant feeding and my milk was 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

These work great I've noticed a difference in my supply within 24 hrs. Maybe I'm crazy but I swear I have more because I notice my boobs hurt. I've been having one hell of a time too. The bag is kind of expensive so next time I will be making it from all the recipes that are listed online. I bought that tea I couldn't stand the taste / smell even with honey in it lol

Oatmeal has been working great for me. I heard the tea works but tastes bad.
