@riab1985, well I was. Today I had a weak moment and cried saying I am not going to do it... but my daughter ate so well at 7pm and went to sleep in the cot not on me ... still sleeping . I'm going to wake her up in a bit and feed her again. Have you breastfed?

its the rule of sixes ive been told..
6 hours at room temp
6 days in the back of the fridge
6 months in a freezer.
Never refreeze thawed breastmilk, however if you have any milk that you cant feed baby, trying putting it in bath water, its great for skin :) my lg had really bad dry skin when she was born, but a breastmilk bath worked wonders for her xx

I agree with @mummyto1soon2be2 use within 24hrs of defrosting But expressed milk that has little bacteria can last for six to eight hours if room temperature remains on the cooler side. You can refrigerate breast milk for three to five days and freeze it to keep it fresh even longer. Thawed breast milk will keep in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours (but don't refreeze it).

if you feel it might be too early you can freeze breast milk 😊 I personally don't know how it works before baby as I've only fed after baby came and be the same this time, but breast milk is fine to freeze 😊 xx
