anyone know how I can get my one year old to sit still for pictures? and can anyone give me ideas of doing photos on my own? what kind of backgrounds I can do?

I do my own pictures, usually I just put a white shit along my tv stand and floor, I have a really long tv stand so it works fine. I also use a white furry carpet and lay her in the bed. She's not really looking around like that yet since she's only 3 months but she loves looking at my phone so I just place it near the camera lens
