little bit of a personal one. my OH and I were having a little us time and when he went to go in, he couldn't as it was really painful for me. it's been 4 weeks since our little one was born and I had to have a cut which has all healed. is it normal for it to still hurt though? are we trying too early? any advice?

I tried at 9 weeks and it hurt :) I had a episiotomy:) My daughter is 9.5 months and still hurts depending on positioning:) Just go slowly use lube xx

same here. still hurts from my episiotomy during sexytime. deffo keep trying but gently does it xx

I had an episiotomy and 2nd degree tear. I didn't try sex until week 8/9 I think it was. I had an infection in my strikes at about week 3 so definitely had to wait. It didn't hurt for me the first time but a few times since have been uncomfortable. 5 months on and it feels fine. I would say maybe wait a few more weeks until you are sure everything is healed xx

Also I had over granulated scar tissue. This may have occurred. It's when the scar tissue over heals itself. It hurts like crazy but mostly corrects itself xx

my poor man :-/ luckily I have an amazing one who is very patient. he's going insane as it's starting to get to him but he's been amazing xx

I think I was stitched up tightly 🙊 but yes still hurts me a bit now, my little one is 4 months old, just need to relax & use lube. We tried at 5 weeks far to painful.
