My baby is constipated once again. Idk why maybe it's something I'm eating😔

You should try this out! I got it tioday for Dex for his gas and it's helped so much! It's good for constipation too.

What are you calling constipated? Is her poop hard when it comes out? If so then yes help her but if not then it's just because around this time your milk stops making laxative and their systems start to slow down. She has to learn to build up her core muscles and push it out herself. My baby started having troubles around that time too and I was told that it was because she actually had to push it all out on her own now. She no longer poops everyday either and it's perfectly normal for a breastfed baby.

@jasholbert, ok thank you for that info I didn't know that. I called the nurse and she didn't seem concern it's been 2days and she said if the baby doesn't seem uncomfortable then she is okay and she may go by tomorrow. So you are probably right😊

@jasholbert, what's the longest your daughter went without pooping?

Like 3-4 days

My doctors said a baby can go up to 2 weeks with out a stinky diaper and be fine. As long as she doesn't seem in pain and her stomach isn't hard, she should be fine.
