Having contractions that 5 minutes apart and 60 second long. Now I can't feel my fingers, my cavs…

I would go to labor and delivery.

@babyrossmommy I would but I'm afraid they're going to send me home because I'm still going to only be 2cm.

They won't send you home immediately they give you some time to try and progress. I walked and did squats, danced, bounced on a big ball all through out horrid contractions until I couldn't any longer. Just have to push yourself a little. I was there for hours until they sent me home then I was back like 4 hrs later and finally slowly started dilating and they admitted me

In the class we just took they mentioned to go by the 5-1-1 rule. Contracts that are 5 mins apart, 1 minute long and are consistent for 1 hour.

@missjess I did all that for 3 hours last time I went and I was still at 2cm so they sent me home.

@dalehe86 I went by that and it's been an hour already and 60 seconds long is 1 minute.

I would call the nurse and ask at least. They told us if it does go for an hour to call and they will most likely have you go in.

I understand. I wasn't dilating either. I was stuck at 1 forever. Then when I went back I had started to slowly dilate. So maybe you are too. You don't want to wait Hun. I'd go just to be on the safe side.

@dalehe86 I'm thinking about calling them because I'm in tears right now. @missjess I want to be on the safe side but I'm just going to get pissed if I get sent back home.

You can dilate from 2 to 10 very quickly and if your water broke they will induce you

Yeah I was thinking the same thing @babyrossmommy if your water broke they will admit you.

@babyrossmommy Yeah but my water did not break I don't think it did. I know I'm not dilated to no 10.

You cold be leaking... is that's same thing. What color is your underwear when it gets all wet.

@babyrossmommy my underwear color is lavender but when it wet it's like a purple with light brown hues in it.
