I asked my doctor if Provera is an option for me seeing I haven't had my period yet. He told me I cannot take Provera while trying to conceive. So I went online and looked it up.

It help bring on your period or stop in most cases not help you conceive it more like helping your body get a kick start or a push but normally dr give you something els for ttc.

definitely would not recommend it unless you're TRYING to not get pregnant. I was on it around 15/16 til I was 18 and I didn't get pregnant until this may/June. stopped going for shots in December of 2014.
