@nicolelynn1992, oh okay. Thank you I had no idea. I was afraid I was gonna have to reliever early cause my baby was measuring small and the dr wanted me to see a specialist to make sure everything was fine to go full term.
usually they'll induce (early) if there is health problems with mom or baby, they'll induce also if you go a certain amount over your due date. The reason for csection dates is to try to have the csection planned instead of coming in while you're actually in labor and it turning into an emergency type csection( like my last daughter). I don't know every reason they do csection, I just know my first was done due to my daughter being breech and being 6 cm with contractions 1.5 mins apart by the time I got to the hospital, and this one is because my last was a csection, only a year ago, so I'm at risk for uterine rupture. @babybunn
I hope for a safe delivery. What usually is the reason for the dr to give a induce date or c section date? I'm a new time mom and due in about 4 weeks 3 days and I'm just wondering how they do that if you don't mind.
