Appt is done. Baby looks great. Passed the nst no problem.
Induction is still set for the 2nd at 6am.
No membrane sweep or anything for me, but I AM 2cm now and really soft which was what I really wanted to hear. She said although my prodromal labor is annoying, at least it's changing my cervix and she feels confident that I'm going to have him before the induction. Even if i don't, my cervix is really favorable and it should go well.

My doc told me my cervix is "soft" too.....what exactly does that mean?!

@novbabygirl, before the cervix starts to ripen it feels more hardened like the tip of the nose. As you get closer to birth, the cervix must soften up to feel more like your lips in order to continue to dilate and thin out.

I decided on making a small meal. I only decided to do it to keep busy really. My husband is going to be at work until 5:30 so I'll be home bored. @bria
If i haven't had him by then hopefully cleaning and cooking all day will help lol

Ohhhh ok....I figured it was something like that. Unfortunately, I'm not dilated at all yet. Ugh! The dr says she can feel the head and cervix is soft. I guess that's a start! Was hoping she'd come this weekend though, lol! I'm due thanksgiving day, so I'd rather she come now so we can go eat on thurs lol
