Normal, just healing. If it turns green or anything crazy I'd call, but my son had a scab for a couple weeks after the cord

Just take a warm wash cloth and a gentle soap to clean it

Please keep cleaning it with rubbing alcohol and peroxide.

@starienite, I ended up taking her to the dr cuz it was still bleeding. The dr took the rest of that crust off and cleaned it real good. Belly buttons freak me out
