Oh jeez! massaging can still work! hahaha that would be awkward tho yo just whip then out for relief, some weird looks would be exchanged.

hot wash cloths, massaging, massaging in a hot hot shower. submerging in hot water. hope you feel better mama. Tylenol and or ibuprofen for inflammation. engorged boobs are the worst and I literally feel for you mama.
