how does adding solid food ounces(baby rice cereal) and formula ounces work. for future reference*** like if I make her 4 ounces of formula and 2 ounces of baby food does that make a 6 ounce meal for her. or just because she has solids does that account for more ounces in her tummy? lol first time momma asking for advice!

I usually do food first than a bottle. But be careful with the amount of food you give some babies become constipated. And you make cereal with either breast milk or formula.

I make the cereal with water but just only start with like 1-2 tbsp of it and you count them separate. My daughter is 7 months and eats half a thing of baby food and 24 oz of formula a day but probably should be having 28 oz

okay thanks@eryka616 I was wondering because rose gets 28 ounces of formula a day currently and when i wanna add the baby food in the future I just needed to know how to measure her meals out.
