husband is literally no help through these postpartum hormones and lack of sleep. he gets to sleep through the night and play video games all day and gets all rude towards me when he gets tired or when I ask him to change a diaper. he was being rude so I called him out on it and started crying because these stupid hormones and he literally just ignored me. granted he normally isn't like this but he gets slightly tired and his whole world falls apart. he still needs to be understanding of all that I'm doing (because it's way more than him) and that I'm much more tired and still sore and healing and dealing with stupid hormones.
