What Could Be Causing My Irregular Period and Symptoms?

hi i have a question. not sure wat goin on. My period was due the 15 of nov. but i start spottin a week early. i spot for about 5 days jus a light spot an look pinkish. i have lower bac pain an feelin bad all the time. then my period came on the 14 it was regular for first day second day it wad on bout half day then all night i seen nothin. then the other day i was on hald day now i stop completly. So basicly only bleed 3 days. Am still feelin lower pain in my bac an stomache slight cramping an my breast feel hurty. Can u tell me wat u think is wrong. we have been tryin for a baby i dont no if thats the case if am finally preggo. Can someone help me on this please
