contractions are regular, and last 30-60 seconds.

your water breaks, or contractions continue to get closer together and stronger, you won't be able to stop them with taking a bath or relaxing

ive always heard to time them for an hour, and if they are consistent (like 5 minutes or less apart) then thats when you go in. good luck momma. keep us updated.
