keep his nose clear of congestion as much as you can because chances are that is why he is vomiting from to much secretions the zarbees cough and congestion congestion works like a charm.. best of luck and and hope he's better soon.. 😀

Yes it will still help , it keeps him from being dehydrated and it acts as food basically to. Please keep us posted.

and on second hand If he doesnt improve at all tomorrow take him back or to urgent Care . because that happen to me my son had a fever etc and told me it was viral next day he was vomiting I said nope not ok turned out he had strep when I took him to urgent Care..

I think it's worth a shot but if he gets dehydrated go to the hospital

I'll pray for him mama, it's probably just a stomach virus but if he gets dehydrated best he get fluids thru an iv if he can't keep them down.😘😘
