Need advice, Scarlett was at the doctors last night she's got a bad tummy bug and can't keep her feeds down so the doctor said to just keep trying but give fluids in between, but how long do I keep giving her fluids for and she'll keep water down so what do I do next?!? The doctor wasn't very helpful and told me to pretty much just get on with it 😑

There's not much you can do with a bug. You can't treat it usually just wait it out. Offer small amounts of milk & sips of water in between. Keep an eye she's still weeing etc as @mother_of_humans mentioned. Usually it's a 24/48hr thing but if longer then ring 111 or take her to a walk in centre if your worried she's not getting better.
They checked her last night and said all her obvs were fine and to just keep trying with her milk and give her juice if she'll have it, she's kept 2oz of milk so far but she's so sleepy 🤒! They checked her wee yesterday and it was clear xx
