Is it normal to have bad braxton hicks this early? I looked it up it says as early as 20weeks but fuck do they hurt!! 😖

I got them pretty early too. I don't think they are suppose to hurt though. Mine never do.

Braxton hicks shouldn't hurt. There should be noticeable tightening on your belly but definitely not painful
