Hi I'm Tenika, I'm 22 years old and this will be my first baby. I have so much questions I'm so happy I found this app. But the most important question I have now is how do I stop the vomiting, my pre vitamins aren't working.

Take your prenatals at night to avoid getting sick and always take them after eating even if it's something small 😊
