How can you tell if your milk supply us low? I feel like mine may be decreasing. FTM.

so long as baby is having enough wet diapers and doesn't appear dehydrated you're still in the clear. but I had a time where my milk decreased and I could tell by pumping. over about a week I went from really full boobs at the end of a 6-7 hour shift and getting around 4-5 oz to not very full and only 1-2 for the same amount of time. believe me one way or another you would know, not just think like feel it in your gut- or in this case boobs.

@peanuts1mom, thank you! i was pumping almost 4 ounces every time i pumped now im barely getting two. it makes me worry! i really enjoy BF!

the way I brought mine back up was power pumping. I even had a doctor's note saying I cannot go over 5 hours without pumping and my bosses didn't care and there would be times I went almost 7 hours without a break so normally after that long shift I would power pump and just kept pumping all day when I wasn't working. even pump at night too if you have to. they normally recommend 3-4 hours in between though.
