Me and my ex partner have separated, we have agreed contact where he has our daughter 2 nights a week. He made a 'joke' about not giving her back, what can I do if he doesn't? I'm panicking and he's on the birth certificate

@melltaylor123, tell him after his comments you don't feel comfortable him having your baby and he'll have to take you to court! That way he'll have to stick to the days the court have set and if he doesn't give baby back he can be arrested

I would seek legal advice. I don't think you can actually stop him if he did. He has as much right as you with being on the birth certificate xx
