Went to a Zumba dance class last night & was working pretty hard. Then started cramping , good or bad ?

Common advice is to continue doing whatever exercise you did before you were pregnant, unless your body tells you not to. Cramping is your body telling you to take it down a notch.

If you're used to doing Zumba go for it but if it's a new activity probably best to do something lighter.

try and do light exercises like yoga
