How to you train a 2-3 month old not to suck and pull your nipple while breastfeeding? Haha #loosingbattle

Thanks @jasholbert . I guess what I'm really nervous about is going back to work and not being able to pump enough during the day to supply her for daycare. I mean I have some frozen inventory, but with how many times she feeds a day it won't last long.

Also if you're pumping, the amount you get is nowhere near to what a baby can pull out. Half an ounce to two ounces combined is normal output anything over is technically oversupply. I only pump an ounce combined yet when I did a weighted feed Monday I found out my baby ate 3.6 oz from one boob. Just keep offering baby to breast whenever you don't have to give her a bottle and you shouldn't lose a supply either. The things they do on breast sometimes hurt but you're doing a great job. ❤️

If baby is making several wet diapers a day and gaining weight then you're perfectly fine. :)

@jasholbert, I hope your right because I'm worried I'm not producing enough

You can't, they don't understand. :( I believe pulling on your nipple can actually be baby's way of slowing a fast letdown or flow so they don't choke.
