I took 2 pairs of comfy pjs, fluffy socks with grips, phone charger, toiletries(shampoo, conditioner, tooth paste, tooth brush, etc.), blanket + pillow. For baby I just took like 3 outfits and hats since our hospital let us put his own clothes on him.

Phone charger. Comfy Jammie's that hide the giant pad you'll be wearing. A robe. Slippers or flip flops. Something for guests to sign who came to visit. A take home outfit for baby.
